closed red. and above elbow cast is done
last 2 x.rays after one week snd two weeks
opinions please?
is it accepted.as it or neek k.w. ?

Zakir Ahamed Very much acceptable position. Keep above elbow plaster on for minimum 4-6 weeks

Lokesh Bhatia A lot depends how understanding parents are. I really the Day one when nice Reduction was achieved why 2 K wires were not passed, Anyway if you think Parents are over demanding, go ahead now itself with CRIF K wire fixation, This is Pronator Quadratus Fracture, Loss of Reduction is very common so many centres now recommend to do CRIF K wire on Day 1, itself.

Santoshkumar Sahu a case of quadratus #, generally pretty unstable -percutaneous k-wire fixation,den plaster....ll sufice.
