5 months old child, with bilateral knee extension more than normal( normal flexion) , bilateral acetabular dysplasia , no other abnormalities. is this knee extension more than normal need any treatment? Thanks

  Needs investigtions if proved to be Ehler Danlos or Marphan for lens dislocation 
  Aortic aneurism etc.......

  Omer Mala Ahmed Thanku very much for your nice guide dr. Sinan Adnan , pavlic harness is good for both hips & knees , by itself the harness maintain the knees in flexion , so knee casting is mandatory ? Thanks
