  Ahmed AbdAllah Unstable # .. in my opinion needs fixation by narrow or broad DCP with one or two screws in the neck .. reduction would not be so easy .. good luck ..

  Mohamed Lutfi If epiphysis closed u can do interlocking but through tip of greater trochentric but 13 yr still early for IN lockining 
  so have another option submuscular bridging plate for minimal invasive 
  but elastic nail is not choice bcz of fracture is unstable comminuted subtrochentric
