1.6 years old female child complaining of Rt.side limping for more than 3 months, all investigations were normal , X-Ray : to me Rt.side femoral head mildly smaller than Lt . 
 whats your opinion regarding X-Ray & Dx ?

  Rimon Lazar Sliwa I had similar case with all normal lab xray shows same picture but just had on examination tight rectus femoris in prone when you flex knee hip goes in flexion
  I released rectus femoris his gait now its excellent but he is 9 years male
