  Dilip Chand Raja Soundarajan Recently attended ctev cme by dr mathew varghese.please do understand concept of surgery is almost eradicated except for tenotomy..ponsetti if done correctly and if plaster doesnt slip which might actually worsen the eqinus.is the one ane only management. Once atleast 60 degree of abduction achieved then tenotomy.please be aware of an entity called atypical club foot with plantar crease

  Mandar Vikas Agashe This looks like the complex idiopathic clubfoot which has been described. the signs of a short chubby foot, with deep medial crease, severe equinus and hyperextended great toe are seen. The treatment is the "modified Ponseti" method which is different than the conventional method in the way manipulations are performed and the method of applying the plaster. please read Professor Ponseti's article in CORR 2006 about the same,
